FEM Standards of Business Conduct sets out the general principles that underlie the ethical culture that is at the heart of our magazine. The Working at FEM provides a monthly summary of global key commodities that provide a framework for how we do our advertising.

All Gifts and Hospitality presented to FEM provides guidelines relating to providing and accepting gifts and hospitality, and sets out the prior approval processes which must be followed if any gifts or hospitality are to be provided or accepted above specific financial limits.
